I booked a travel voucher and Vacations Gateway mentioned in the call that they will send the Gift (Laptop) and Reebok bag along with the welcome kit but now refused to do so and even not refunding the money Back. Whenever I call them, out of 20 calls, I'm able to reach them barely once. Now a new person has come and saying different story.
Not only this when I realized that now the only way for me is to use the Vacations. Some how I need to use their Vacations benefits, so I send them the Request Form, now it has been more than 12 days and there is no response from them, not even the confirmation of the receipt of my request. Now they have completely stopped responding to me. Could you please suggest what I can do to get my money back.
This is quite Frustrating.
