I placed an order on the website www.duolengduo.com on 28-Feb-2014 for a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phone, a 64gb Micro SD Card and a phone accessory. The total of the order was in the amount of $283 USD this amount included $40 USD for insurance and shipping costs. I paid the money by International electronic transfer and was sent a China Post Tracking number. After 2 months I still had not received my phone, so sent Susie Tan an email and she told me to go to Australia Post. tracked down the package with Australia Post, only to find it was a very small package with a USB Thumb drive in it. It was not what I had ordered from the website at all. I have since written to the Customer Service Manager, Susie Tan on 07-May-2014 and again today on 13-May-2014 with no reply. I have full records of all emails exchanged with Ms. Tan
