Ordered a free trial and after not receiving anything in the mail after 10 days despite receiving an email saying my product should be received within 5 days, I emailed the address provided to follow up and got no response. I since emailed again to cancel any further orders or charges and still did not get a response. On May 9th I got charged $113.00 for a product I have not received. I now have to replace my card so as not to get charged again next month ..very inconvinient.
