Be very careful ordering stuff from this company guys.....I am here to remind other people do not buy anything from them.
I made one order for a skypeteliphone. They sent me two phones instead of one and charged twice in my visa card.I sent back unopend packet by registerd mail, RMA nummer 2688, on 16 jan 2014. tracking no RR214056835SE on www.posten.se. According to posten they recived my packet on 13-02-2014 at 09:52.
After that I have writen to Chatandvision minimum 20 times and all the time I got same answer from Marie, Jaydan,Miguel R "Kindly be informed that we are diligently working on resolving your RMA case as soon as possible and thank you for your extended patience."
Chatandvision is SKYPE's global partner and that is why I could trust them. Since January, I struggle to get my money back but Chatandvision do nothing to refund my money.
How a company like Skype can make an agreement as a global partner with one of the world's worst company Chatandvision, a most respect less Company.
