I ordered a pair of shoes from them and they sent me nothing for about a month. Finally I got the shipment, but there was a pair of wrong shoes. The quality and the fabrics are very poor! They don`t even have those shoes on their website..
I wrote them about this issue, and their responses are always evasive, they keep telling me to make a deal, to keep the wrong shoes (which also run big size), and to pay some extra USD $ 65, and they will send me the right shoes and some "special girt".
I keep asking them to refund my money, and they always say to keep the shoes and buy another one for lower price, and to "shoulder the loss" .
At first, they blamed the "express company" and the "courier" : "Dear friend,
The express company refuse to pay and the courier is too poor to pay us."
This is a scam, it`s been about 10 weeks from my original order, and I still have no shoes and no refund!
In the last email, they say this:
"I really don't want to let you down. So I've tried my best to persuade our manager and told him that you are my regular customer and my best friend as well.Therefore, our manger offer us two choice,one is that refund 10% of total price to you for your lost;the other is that you pay for additional 60% of total prices,we will resend the correct items and you keep the previous items which you received. Is that OK?

I never bought anything from them before, and I never will again !
