I bought a 10£ Paysafe Card voucher from a PayPoint in order to use it on the internet under the premise that this will keep me anonymous as advertised on their so many ads!
as soon as i used it to deposit those 10£ in my bet365 account i got a message informing me that for security reasons the pin was blocked and i had to call customer services in order to resolve the issue so i did! they asked me for a photo of the receipt which i sent them and then i got an email informing me that if i want my money back i need to send them my passport ID my address details and my full bank account details or else they wont me give me my money back which i would never dream to give out to such a shady company so there goes the anonymous part of this company they lied to me in order to extort my private information!
