I contacted the phone on the Craiglist ad for an Audi A6.
After being contacted by text message and being asked to write an e-mail, this what I got:
"Thank you for contacting me about my 2000 Audi A6 4.2 quattro w/ Sport Package that I have for sale. This car is in great shape (98,080 miles, 4.2L V8, automatic transmission). It has no electrical or mechanical problems, damages or hidden defects. Hasn't been involved in any accident. I'm selling the car because my husband died 4 months ago in a truck accident. It was his car , it brings me bad memories and now I decided to sell it. The money is not so important for me when we talk about this car .. so the price that I'm asking is $2120, there are no others payments on it, you will not have to pay anything else.

I am currently stationed at Washington Army National Guard and I need to sell it before 25th this month due the fact that my medical team will deploy back to Afghanistan. We are in the final stage of our training and we are not allowed to use the phone during this period. We will have to stick to email for now. The truck is here with me at the base but I’ve already made all the arrangements with DAS to pick it up from the base. DAS will also handle the title transfer. Being in the army has some advantages and one of them is the fact that I can ship it very cheap and i will pay for the shipping charges.

The transaction will be managed by Google Wallet for our own protection as a neutral third part. The financial part will be managed by them, which means that you will have a 5 days inspection period before committing to buy the car . During that 5 days testing period I will not be getting any money. In this way both, buyer and seller are 100% covered during the steps of this transaction. If the car is not in same condition as I said you will ship it back on my expense and Google Wallet will send you a full refund. But I assure you won't be the case. I have to fill out a form on Google Wallet so if you decide to buy it include in your email your full name and address where you want it shipped and we can get the ball rolling..

Hearing from you soon, Senior Medic Sgt. Kelly Mathis

Funny thing that after a little research, this person pops up with a tentative scam for selling a track which it was in the description of the response e-mail I got.
I answer back "try smarter next time".

Beware of this Craiglist scam, people.
All the best
