We signed up with them for low rates at an initial fee of almost $5,000. When we went to book, we got the run around, price changes and the agent never got back to me for two straight days. We were also told we would receive a welcome packet which never arrived. Sine we signed the deal in Georgia and the company is in S.C., they have committed a potential federal issue since it crossed state lines.
