Bought discontinued Office 2010 Discounted for a single user/machine license. Had to pursue for the link and the download and key. The software is not simply discontinued/discounted it is "stolen"/pirated. Key code doesn't work. They do not answer phones or email. HOWEVER, they do start sending you email "coupons" to buy more software at a discount. Guess the source of the emails? PB Distribution...already reported elsewhere. You have the addy for PB as in clermont or clearwater FL with a zip code 12345 DUH. 12345 is NOT a postal zip code for that part of the country Florida Zips all start with 3. The above named company is using an address that is in Tampa Florida...it is a UPS Store so they are using that as a drop box. The webstore company they are using is also in florida: www.3dcart.com/shopping-cart-software. They have used this webstore company previously for running another software scam operation under the name VIP SOLUTIONS. I know I won't get that money back but I aim to keep hampering them from ripping off others with their dodge-y tactics. Don't trust any any seller using the 3dcart.com store. Follow the trail to the google maps and see where that published address really is, and try phoning the company published phone number before you order. If they aren't there before you order...they won't be there after either. And do buy the b.s. about the 24/7 chat/help/support line. It's like the tooth fairy...doesn't exist.
