When you google "change of address form" this website comes up first. I thought this was official, however they aren't located in the U.S. It also wasn't obvious to me that my card was going to be charged $40 - the post office charges less than $3.
I listed $200 as lost damages to make up for the time it will take me to contact the BBB, my bank, post office & any one else who can get this fraudulent website taken down.
