I purchased 3 pocket hoses in the Spring of 2013. These worked when I purchased them. I put them away for the winter and when I brought them out to use for 2014, two of them were already broke. One had pin holes through it and the other busted off where the water comes out. Tried to get a refund or replacement from Telebrands Company (who distributes Pocket Hose) and was told without a receipt, they would do nothing. I paid cash and that receipt is gone by now! These are guaranteed for life! And even if I had a receipt that I paid cash, how would they know that was me anyway! This is a rip-off and their return policy is a joke. Don't waste your money.
