I was told it would take 5-16 days to unlock my phone..they ask for my card validation which I prove to them they approve it the following day..then I receive a email saying how long it would it take and how the process work..so now it's month an a half late nothing I email them plenty of time, only one response I get is send a message in the support page which doesn't respond to u or they repeat it will take 5-15 days i even been on there Facebook page I'n which you leave a complaint they delete and only leave good comments which are fake profiles,,I know it's just $30.00 dollars but this company has been lying to means people, taking their money..this so called company need to be shut down and refunds need to be sent out..
