I agree with the other complaint here, people need to be told. When ever I tried to get something fixed he would give excuses and never had any time so I ended up getting a friends son to fix all the things that I raised with Kevin.
My friends husband also found more things that I didn't even see myself and he was disgusted with the finish of my unit and said it looked like it was built by apprentices unsupervised.
He was so friendly when he was selling me the unit, but I am scared to call him now because he gets very angry and makes me feel like it is my fault and I am too fussy.
