Today I spoke with a woman named Shannon regarding another charge for a 30 day free trial for Vitamins I was offered through ordering my proactive. I canceled the order two weeks ago after noticing a $47.00 charge to my card from GRC. I had the vitamins for only 13 days before they charged me. The woman on the phone assured me that my order had been canceled and the $47 dollar charge was only pending and would be stopped. Now today after speaking with Shannon she's saying she doesn't see the charge but canceled the product after another $47.00 dollar charge. If they don't refund my money I will sue and call the news and file a complaint with the BBB. I will also inform their local mayor and the new mayor of North Carolina of the many discrepancies of this company.
