At the end of March beginning of April, I walked into youfit to cancel my membership with a doctors note. I spoke with a man that was on a computer and told me it has been cancelled. On the 7th I received notification from my bank saying that youfit has charged me $18.99(I believe it was the amount or a few dollars more).once a week I have called back to talk to the manager and had to leave a message but the manager never got back to me. This morning when I woke up I have received another message from my bank saying that you fear has charged me again free membership that I am NOT using and tried to cancel. So once again I called the gym back to talk to the manager he was not there so I had to leave another message. I am unable to go in because I am pregnant with a spinal cord fracture and I'm on bed rest. I just want my money refunded and my membership cancelled.
