I bought the Jem box set on March 29th 2014 for £34.99 and paid an extra £6.00 for express Uk delivery 7-10 days. As of today I've still not received anything and have had no replies to my emails from the web site contact us email. When ever you go back onto the website the same offer is still on and the timer of the offer starts again.
