I have been trying to cancel my monthy order now for the past year. If I call I get more sales gimmicks such as a $100.00 free Walmart card. When I called last year I was told I had to fax in my request in order for them to cancel. I did that. Since I live in another state in the winter months I came home to many months worth of Life Cell cream. I called again and they would not let me speak to anyone. They said the customer service reps were all busy. They gave me direct line to call which was directory service. They wouldn't even give me a phone number for me to call. All that said I am going to have to cancel my credit card and have them go after them.
