The man never stated the name of his company that I can recall but he claimed we were eligible for a loan between $8000-$40,000. Considering we have been in need of help my fiance was very excited and ready to comply with "Edward Johnsons" requests that we immediately go to cvs, walgreens, Walmart, etc. He also said not to tell anyone about why we were there. ..I asked why Do we need to go there he said don't worry just take $415.23 there and I'll stay on the line. I knew then it was a scam so I told him I couldn't stay on the line BC my phone would disconnect. I told him I need a number to call back and he gave me 9094409696 ext 110 and the name Edward Johnson. The man had a very thick accent that sounded Indian or middle Eastern.. That wasn't a red flag until he said his supposed name. Please. No matter how bad finances are. Do not do anything where they ask for money. It's a scam.
