i have been charged by the the website amounting of USD 159 to my credit card for the product that i thought it should be at the trial pack since the figure shown i should pay for the shipping cost USD 2.95 only for the product 100% Natural Pure Garcinia Extract Capsule and pure cleanser on 12 feb 2014. my first email to [email protected] was on 12 feb 2014 to get feedback was bounced back.. after 2 weeks, managed to call the customer service and they said the product will be post within 2 weeks however no response after that and the product never received. after a month, i did email to [email protected] and the email was bounced back again and at this point trying to call the customer service again and again and was told by the operator to email to the [email protected]. However, on 11 apr 2014 and 17 apr 2014 im still trying to call them and received no response, i tried to email to the [email protected] and still, the email was bounced back. On 7 may 2014, trying again to call them and cant go through, emailed them again to the [email protected] and [email protected]
and the email was bounced back again and again.
