I won an auction on october 03, 2011 and have not recieved the blue ray dvd player that I won. They have made every excuse possible of why the item has not shipped. I also have tried to cancle my account with them but, they still haven't done that either. I have not recieved my bank statements yet to see if they have taken anymore money from my account. They also, do not tell you the item is refurbished until after you win however, when bidding it looks like it would be retail for a new one not a refurbished one.

P2W is new and they use that as an excuse constantly. They were not prepared to ship out the amount of items they list. I imagine 75% or more of their members have not received their won items with in the stated 21 days. (21 days is crazy for a gift card and yet they take longer than the 21 days).
I don't know for certain which DVD player you won but I remember bidding on one that did say that you could get an adapter that was refurbished to go with it, but that the actual dvd player itself was not refurbished. The way these guys wrote it up in the description it made it sound like the DVD player was the item that was refurbished. Sometimes people really need to allow a teacher or someone that understands the English language to proof read anything they write so that these types of misunderstandings do not happen. When I read the description the first time I thought it was saying that the DVD player was refurbished also, but after re-reading it several times I put it together that it was another unit that could be added that was refurbished.
If you have not already done this then you might want to consider doing it. File a complaint with your local BBB. -
