I had a very similar experience to the previous person.
The designer called, confirmed, arrived , took £100 left me with 1 yellow sheet/plan
It was very rushed...he said he had a new baby at home.
I arranged for myself and my 4 year old daughter to leave the flat I am a single mother, work part time as I have ith some health issues.
We have no family, nowhere else to stay whilst kitchen was done. The builder (my own) said it would take 4-5 days.
The kitchen arrived on the wednesday , but worktop was wrong, tap was wrong, pins were missing and units very poor quality (not flush) as my builder began putting them together that night before we left....he was hammering them together (he is a skilled carpenter and was appalled at the state of everything)
I spent 2 and half hours trying to get through (the calling/queue system) kept me on hold this length of time saying I was number 6 down to 2...I really wanted to get it sorted before I left.
I called the next morning...still no joy...my builder tried calling for the next 4 days. I returned on Sunday night to no kitchen...no sink, worktop,oven, microwave, fridge,(fortunately my old fridge as I was still in my garage)no units.
I eventually got through 2 days after returning...the correct tap and worktop were being delivered on wed (30th april) there were also other things discovered...broken drawers and a missing door which I then requested whilst I was on the phone.

Wednesday came ( I was excited had taken the day off work in order to receive the delivery..it s a 12 hour slot with a call warning 1 hour before 12 20 (I got an answerphone message saying the kitchen wouldnt be delivered...no rreason. She called at 7pm and said it would be delivered 8 days later
so I am expecting it in 2 days. I am writing now as I expect some more problems. pay to stay elsewhere. I have had to leave my flat and stay elsewhere...not good for my child or me. This might seem extreme but it is a small flat and much of the kitchen saucepans etc were boxed in the living room so not really safe or comfortable. I asked for contact details, I was given a false email address and an address which i googled is a house, not a company so not sure what to do. I am going to contact Rogue Traders/Fake Britain? Trading standards. I am even considering contacting the police as if my goods don't arrive , clearly it is theft.
