On 4 April, 2014 I ordered online via: www.puregarciniacambogiahca.com, my 'special offer' product, which was advertised at around 30$ (this was in South African Rands as I am based in SA), but then ended up costing 98$. I received an order number: 2679395 and was given the following e-mail address as online support and for queries regarding shipping and tracking an customer support: [email protected].
On 22 April I sent an e-mail to this address querying the status of my delivery and have heard nothing. The e-mail was not returned as undeliverable.
