I filled out a survey that I would be interested in Developing a web site this led to a number of calls to me asking when I wanted to start and I said I did not want to and I only filled the survey out before I realised questioned would not be answered until I paid so I did not proceed. On their last call I said I would not proceed then I see that there has been a draw down on the account entirely against my wishes I will be filing for return of the money
