Chad and Joe were nice at beginning, but turned out to be a nasty liars.
Did not get refund and they kept billing my credit card. I had to CANCEL my credit card!
The list was old and incorrect. Their email servers are ALL blacklisted by gmail, spamhaus.org, Comcast, Optimum.
When I requested to cancel and receive refund, Chad was very rude and combative. Kept saying he was looking into the issue. Then their charge appeared again on my credit card!
The bank said the ONLY way to be sure and stop them is to cancel my credit card. Do you know what a hassle that is.
I should have looked into them better before trusting and signing up. They have numerous complaints at the BBB Better Business Bureau. and elsewhere on the Internet.
I think they may be based in Nigeria but not sure, because the web site says St. Petersburg Florida, but the guy sounds Nigerian, you can't tell nowadays.
They go by names; www.email-list.com, www.datadepot.biz, www.mybestwishes4u.com, InTouch Media, Chad Black, Joe Chives, Info Drive, Inc.,
Do yourself a favor a stay far away from these con artist's. It's a shame they are allowed to continue operating here in the United States, the feds should have done something a long time ago to shut them down and lock them up.
