I ordered a 14 day trial on March 14, 2015 and was charged $4.95 for what I thought was going to be a 14 day trial period from date of receipt of product - not date of order. There were no terms/conditions, not even a packing slip in the bubble envelope containing the product that I received on March 24th so I did not realize this was going to be an automatic refill and rebill!!! On March 29th and April 29th, I was billed $89.10! I did call on May 5th thinking there was some sort of billing error since I hadn't received any product since the initial March 24th package. They claim since I didn't call to cancel by March 28th, I was billed the $89.10 for the trial bottle; then billed $89.10 again on April 29th for the bottle I should have received or will receive from the April 29th shipment!!! This is such a scam - you don't have 14 days to try it, and even if you did, it is not $4.95 -it costs you $94.05 because by the time you receive it (at least in my case), I only had 4 days to try it!!!! Now they tell me I can return the April shipment for a full refund - not exactly - you've got to spend time and money to send it with a tracking number and they are only going to refund the latest shipment. So, folks there is no such thing as a $4.95 trial basis. Interestingly enough also is that they show it is shipped from Florida, but I am to return it to Santa Ana, California! They need to put there terms and conditions in with the trial shipment and not rip people off with their slight of hand business practices.
