I had ordered Trusted Pacific Ultimate Probiotic Formula @ 89.85 ea. (quantity: 5. When I went to check out it started asking me if I wanted different products and I kept checking no. When I hit the submit button I discovered I had order additional products Trusted Pacific Ultimate Probiotic Formula @ 43.12 ea. (quantity: 5)
Heart Healthy Omega Q - 2 Bottles @ 78.00 ea. (quantity: 1)
Probiotic Plus - 2 Bottles @ 78.00 ea. (quantity: 1). I immediately called 1-866-806-8114 and was told I could not cancel the order because it had already been sent to the shipping department. This was at 9:07 PM CDST. I sent an email to their support department and now I have to pay them to take the products back that I did not want to begin with. Thank you for your inquiry. We are sorry to hear you would like to return the product. As this product has already been shipped out we are currently unable to modify or cancel your order. There is a one time restocking fee of either $4.95 (for a single bottle) or $9.95 (for multiple bottles) you are returning. This fee will be taken out of the refund issued. Once our fulfillment center has received the package and relayed the correct information to us, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.

Please reply if you would rather keep the product for a 50% refund and will process that for you right away.
