Four attempts on their internet site,three times changing my password, ten phone calls and 5 days for them to figure out how to activate my phone. Now I am stuck with their phone and to discontinue their incompetent service, I now have to purchase another phone with another more competent company. Their customer service representatives may speak English, but they do not understand it. For example: "no I do not want that" has to be said at least three times before they understand what you have said. I have to give them my credit card number and address at least 2 times on each phone call. On one phone call I had to give them my address four times. The credit card is stored in their computer system. Why do they need it so many times? When I finally figured out what the problem was I had to insist several times that it had to be a certain way with them saying the same thing over again trying to get me to choose something else. The only reason I continued on this course is that I want to keep my phone number and port it to the more competent company.
