I took a loan out for $500 plus 150 charge fee, which I have done 2 prior times without complications. I record my conversation each time with the loan reps in case of discrepensies. My last loan he told me that I could borrow 500 and my next payday they would withdrawal 650 and loan would be paid. This was not the case. I checked my account today and it shows they have take 3 payments of 150 but applied it to interest only. They never took the full amount out and since they did not do what they promised they said I'm the one who has to pay extra. I called my bank and filed a dispute for fraud and they stopped the withdrawals. I would rather pay $10,000 in attorney fees and see them get fined for fraud then pay these criminals $1500 and get away with breaking the law.
