EVER SINCE SEPT (R BEFORE) I HAVE ASK TO CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT. THE PPL I TALK TO KEEP TELLING ME IT IS CANCELED BUT THEN THE NEXT MONTH IT IS ON MY BANK STATEMENT THAT THEY HAVE DRAWN THE MONEY OUT OF MY BANK. I TALKED TO SOME ONE AGAIN IN MARCH AND DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR A REFUND JUST TO CANCEL (MY SCOPE) PLEASE AND WAS ASSURED IT WAS CANCELED AS WE SPOKE..... BUT I GET MY APRIL BANK STATEMENT TODAY AND THEY ARE STILL TAKING MONEY $9.91 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO ASK THEM TO CANCEL... SO NOW I WANT IT CANCELED AND A REFUND OF ALL THE TIMES THEY HAVE TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK...
