I purchased unlimited broadband service & a modem from GHZ Celluar. Their coverage map reflected I was covered for 4G unlimited broadband, but actually I’m not. I paid $165.00 total: $100.00 for the modem, $50.00 in advance for the service once activated. Unbeknownst to me, it is actually H20 Wireless who provides the internet service, but this is not disclosed on GHZ's website. I have print screens to verify this, because I suspect once they receive this notification, they will change their website.

GHZ has no phone number listed on their website. They have a FAQ page, which states the reason being, it cuts down overhead cost, but they respond to emails ASAP. Not true. Their coverage map shows I qualify for 4G, although it did strike me odd about not having a phone number. When the modem came, there was no correspondence whatsoever from GHZ Celluar, although they sent the package – postmarked April 14. Only the USB modem by H20 Bolt 4G was inside. It was apparent that GHZ doesn't offer this internet service, but rather H2O Bolt. The back of the package stated unlimited internet for $50.00 a month. On April 20, I called H2O Bolt, and they informed me I could not receive their unlimited internet plan, because my area is not covered. I only qualify for their other broadband plan, with a limit of 1 GB. I need far more than 1 GB for my business, and GHZ Cellular clearly states it offer unlimited broadband.

This company has deliberately misrepresented their broadband services; not only with their coverage map, but also failing to disclose that H2O would be the actual provider of the broadband. Please also keep in mind that I paid GHZ Celluar and not H20 Bolt for the modem and first month of service, although their company does not offer it. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen - this company truly does not care about the buyer.

One day after the BBB apprised GHZ Celluar, the company finally wrote me regarding my return. They only said two words “Refund Denied.” The site has a money back guarantee on it.

Timeline:
Broadband service and modem purchased on 4/8/2014
Modem received on 4/18/2014 - email states shipped on the 12th, but postmarked the 14th.
Wrote GHZ for return/refund 4/20/2014: no response but email confirmation was sent from their business.
Wrote GHZ again 4/23/2014: Informed them I would be contacting the BBB and FTC, but no response
GHZ wrote 4/25/2014– generic response about contacting the carrier – I had already apprised them I had done so on the 20th.
Initiated Return on GHZ website 4/25– still says awaiting confirmation as 4/30/14 . I have documentation to support my claims.
GHZ wrote 5/2/2014: “Return denied.”

WARNING: Beware of this company. False advertising, services misrepresented, vindictive, does not honor money back guarantee and the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
