Flowers were ordered for a relative's funeral and to be delivered on April 7, 2014 at St. Ann's Chapel, 2910 Louise Street, Saskatoon, Sask. The flowers were never delivered yet I was charged in US funds on my VISA. I would like this charge reversed.
