I placed an order for the short yellow hunter rain boots on April 7th. The website said that they are shipping to the USA from the UK and that it could take up to 18 days and to contact them by 20 days if I haven't heard back. It has now been over 18 days and still no shipment information has been provided. I will have to report the incident to paypal.
