I'm going to have to agree with Susan (below) on this. Forget how great the kitchen is or isn't when it's fitted, the main point with this company is the low risk involved and the peace of mind knowing you don't pay till you have the kitchen.
As it happens, my order went without a hitch from start to finish but I don't believe any company gets it right all the time. If you're worried about whether you are going to actually receive what you are paying for, then simply choose a company like this one where you DON'T PAY TILL YOUR KITCHEN ARRIVES AND YOU HAVE CHECKED IT OFF THE VAN!
It's pretty simple really.
Either you pay BEFORE your kitchen arrives, taking all the risk and having no leverage if things aren't what was promised or:
you pay AFTER your kitchen arrives, taking no risk and still having the leverage of holding back money till you get what you ordered.
There isn't any comparison to me. I know everything went OK with my delivery but if it hadn't I would have been a lot happier holding the money till it was. I can't recommend this company enough simply for having enough confidence in their product to take the risk on themselves.
