I placed an order for a "trial sample" of $4.95, within 14 days I was charged another $89.76. I cancelled as soon as I saw the charge on my credit card and then tried to research them several times - either being disconnected or placed on hold for 20-30 minutes. They contacted me ONLY after I disputed the charge with my bank. I spoke to them today and was informed that I only had 14 days to cancel and that was what I "agreed" to by placing the order. This is a REAL SCAM! First, BioGeniste starts the 14 day period from the date of the original order NOT from the date the product is received by the customer AND second, the details of being charged an additional price is written in such a manner that most consumer will miss it.
