I ordered a free trial of Equinox and RVTL for shipping cost only on 3/10/2014 and didn't receive it until 3/17/2014 with no enclosed order copy or return details. I didn't like the product but before I could cancel I was aleady billed for a new supply. I contacted the company and they refused to allow a return and insisted on payment for the new supply. I called my credit card company and filled a dispute on the charges which are being held until case can be settled. The company finally cancelled the order for all products and since one item was already shipped, I returned it but now they want a $20 restocking fee. They are scamming people with their online offers and need to be investigated for fraud.
