I ordered this product from them and tried to use it. It did not work. I emailed them and asked why it didn't work and I received this reply:
Mr. Justin Baty,
This product is not available in the United States; we are prohibited by law from unlocking phones in the United States...
So, I asked them why did they take my credit card if my billing was in Baltimore (United States!) - no reply from them.
They say that I can have credit for a phone in the UK.
Stay away, big scam.
