I went to put down a deposit on a house I seen for rent, 300.00 and the Agent called me back and told me the owner recently remodeled the house and raised the rent from 1350.00 to 1750.00. I objected to the increase and filled out refund paperwork and to this day haven't recieved any money or explanation. Also their phone doesn't work now. They told me 10 business days! Thanks Anthony. I got their names all over my refund paperwork !
