I got a missed call from a random phone number, so I called back out of curiosity as it was a local number. A guy was on the other line and he said that I won a prize and asked what my name was. I gave him my name and I was asked how he for my number, what company he is calling from, etc.. because felt skeptical about it since it sounded like a scam (I don't enter drawings or any of that sort either). He said he got my info from local retailer like Target, Walmart, Best buy, etc and they wanted to offer me a thank you it was a $100 Walmart gift card. Guy wanted my cresi cars info to charge the "activation fee" of $4.95 for my gift card. Obviously, I am not going to give out my credit card info to a random stranger so I declined and told them not to call me again!! The guy was unprofessional, sounded like outsourced (like a call xenter im India), and did not know how to answer my queastions either.
