I ordered the free sample of Belle Complex and Hydradiance and paid the postage on same. I have received the Hydradiance but not the Belle Complex and it states you should not use one without the other. I ordered these items on April 1 and I received the Hydradiance on April 4th. The company states that the Belle Complex is "on back order". My visa account now has been charged $67.46US. When I contacted Belle Complex I was advised that I agreed to purchase a 3 month supply and that the $67.46 US were shipping charges and that I would be charged additional funds for the actual product. As I have not even received the "free" product to try it out, I don't know how they can charge me for a product they can't even supply. Darlene Strain
