I WAS CHARGED 128.00 TO MY VISA ACCOUNT AND WQA SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A BOOK WHICH I DID NOT.I CONTACTED THEM AND TOLD THEN I DID NOT RECEIVE THE BOOK AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD RE ORDER ONE FOR ME. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A BOOK.THE CARD I RECEIVED STATED I HAD A CASH GRANT OF $20.987. DUE ME.I CALLED FOR AN EXPLANATION AND WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE INFO. SOON IN THE MAIL. I RECEIVED A BOOKLET ON GRANTS WHICH THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHARGE ME FOR. I HAVE NOT PAID THM FOR IT AND DON'T INTEND TO.
