I bought a 'signed' The Dark Knight poster from this website without doing my research beforehand. The price was $265 and I thought this was too good a deal to pass up, considering it claimed to have Heath Ledger's autograph on the poster. After closer inspection of this website and the autographs on the poster, it was a fake. I asked to cancel the order an hour or two after making it, and NEautograph wanted to know why I wanted to cancel. After explaining that I didn't believe the autographs were real, I was promised a full refund.
10 days passed and I still hadn't heard anything about the refund, I emailed the company saying I hadn't received my refund yet and threatened action through Paypal. The seller then assured me the refund had gone thorugh and it was an error on Paypal's part and they would chase it up. A few more days went past and still hadn't received any refund, so I inquired, again threatening a Paypal dispute. I received a partial refund, missing $100. When I asked why I had only received a partial refund, I received no response.
Stay away from this seller. They are nothing but rip off artists.
