Has anyone taken the time to read this and do as I asked. Evidently not because I get e-mails and phone calls by the dozen. I got another company to fix the problem. I will refuse payment when the credit card bill comes and I will NOT be polite concerning your non service. They will get an earful concerning your lack of service.

Please cancel my order. I was on the phone and with the tech forever. I could see he was not doing anything so I quit. After a long time I was frustrated and went to bed. I don’t know what he was working on but it wasn’t my problem. I don’t know if he was reading the book on my problem or he was working for someone else. There were long periods of time when the curser did not move and nothing was happening. Finally I gave up and went to bed as I said. It was not a pleasant experience. please cancel my credit card transaction and please do not call me.

If I have not heard from you "by e-mail" tonight that you have cancelled my transaction and credited my account, I will call my credit card company to refuse your transaction. I am sorry it came to this. I got no service so I should not be charged. Thank you for taking care of this. It was not taken care of.
