They sold us a diamond ring on 02-20-2014. After wearing the ring for awhile it started to cut into my finger and become very uncomfortable to wear. I tried to return the ring on different occasions but the store was either closed or a manager wasn't available. I work a very busy schedule so when I finally got to the Johnson City mall I spoke with Dave (store manager) and explained my issue. He seemed helpful but said I needed to call customer support for an return override code so he could process the payment back on my card. The next morning I contacted a very rude customer support that explained they dont have codes to give returns. I called Dave back and he explained the service department was lying and without the code he couldn't process payment. I had customer service contact him and when they got back on the line they said Dave refuses to give a refund and since it was up to the stores discretion, they couldn't do anything to help me. I called the store back and Dave wasn't available but the girl that answered surprisingly knew all about the issue. She reexplained how customer support was lying but as she was talking I could hear a mans voice telling her what to say. I asked her if it was Dave and she quickly hung up on me. I tried calling back several times but received no answer. This has been an absolutely horrible experience. I believe this company's policies are based on lies and deceit. They'll pretend to be your best friend when buying but if you have an issue they quickly become your worst nightmare.
