I was sent the RVTL after I read about an offer in which I was only supposed to pay shipping and handling. You were supposed to use it with Equinox but the website would not let me order. A day after the RVTL arrived I was called with an offer to send me Equinox for $98. (The representative who called me could not be understood. He talked like he was in a foreign country and even when I asked him to repeat could not understand him.) I told him I was not interested and he said I would have to call their 800 number to cancel the trial. I just called and was told that I must return the RVTL (which I don't want) but can see no reason I have to pay for postage to return. He advised me to just put it in the box I had received it in and tell the post office to return to sender. Once it has been opened the post office will not send it without me paying for the postage. I think this is a total sham and they need to be reported.
