I am still fighting with B54 to try and get my money back so can not give too many specific details as i do not want to cause any more issues. In Summary :-

> Taking money without Authorization.
> Preventing me from closing my account.
> No useful \ helpful communication. They just Mock and lie.
> Mostly stopped replying all together now :-(
> I am perusing various other avenues. There is a link to Bang De Binary i believe i have found during my investigation. B54 may not be regulated, even though they say they are but not within America !! Banc De Binary, However, are regulated by the CYSEC EU regulatory body in Cyprus. You can report both regulated and non-regulated complaints there to be investigated. I am going to draw to their attention the link between the 2. See if i can get the 'Parent Company' investigated.

I urge anyone else who have been scammed by B54 to do the same.
