I ordered the "free" product, just pay shipping". I read the article from start to finish even the fine print. There was no mention of additional charges. My credit card was charged $3.97 and $4.97 for shipping. After the "receive by date" passed, figured I had been scammed out of $8.94. Live and learn. Then 10 days later my credit card was charged $93.00 and $99.00! I NEVER received any product. I called my bank and they said there was also scheduled payments for the same amounts every 2 months! I cancelled those payment but for the $194 I had to contact the company. After 45 minutes of arguing with barely English speaking rep i was told that I could call USPS and "try" to find my product. I asked for a manager or supervisor repeatedly but was told no one else could help me. I finally got them to refund me $100! But it will take 3/4 weeks for my account to be refunded. But I ended up paying for something i didn't get. What a rip off! !!
