I wanted to buy a iOS Developer Account. This guy sent me a private message on a forum and asked me to add him on skype. We settled for $110 for the price of the iOS Developer Account. Before I sent him money I asked him whether the iOS Developer account is ready and he said it is ready and he will deliver the account as soon as he gets the payment. He sent me his paypal email addres and I sent him $110. Then he started acting busy. I got suspicious and immediately opened dispute with paypal. And this guy lied to paypal that actually he sold me an app code and I still have to send him more money. He is a big lier! He knew that paypal will close the case immediately when it is a matter of an "tangible" item. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of this fact. Now paypal closed the case and asked me to directly approach the seller. Please help me what can I do now?
