I had tried to start an online business over a year ago with Direct Commerce Academy. It looked good at first, but then became increasingly more difficult to actually get going. I stopped trying and kindly corresponded with them in an attempt to quit the business. I sent several emails, to no avail. $48.87 per month continued to come out of my checking account up until today, when I finally was able to contact Capo Payments, who is the company which actually takes your money out of your account to pay Direct Commerce Academy. I was able to stop the payments from being withdrawn from my checking account, but I have yet to recoup any of the funds lost. You see, one needs their username, password and account number in order to even communicate with them. I have since lost that info, due to a crash in the laptop that I was using at the time. All I have left is to do research and try to find the phone number to talk to someone.
If anyone reading this can offer any helpful information, I'd greatly appreciate it.
