I added Global cart store on skype and they sent me a link to their shop (http://www.globalcartstore.com). I placed an order for ONE Sony Playstation 4. I then got an E-Mail with their Western Union data, and later on was given a tracking number but noticed that the quantity of the console(s) was 6. I never ordered that many, so I contacted them and was informed that they had shipped the wrong order to my address. When attempting to solve the problem, the consoles had already shipped, and it would be far too expensive to get them shipped back so they offered me to sell the extra consoles, and give them part of the money back, whilst keeping some myself for the inconvinence. I was told to buy 2 of the consoles at that time. They later told me that the shipping was halted in the Netherlands, and it would not continue unless I purchased the other 2 units as well.
I also tracked the IP adress of the Skype contact and it is from Lagos, Nigeria.
