I tried to order the PC Speed Maximizer after there appeared a window advertising the SW for half price (14,99). I entered all relevant data on the order form and wanted to pay by PayPal. I entered the relevant data in the PayPal form and sent it off. The Opera Browser showed for an hour the revolving time wheel and the message "please wait. PayPal reported that according to their records there was a booking endeavour which was not successful.
It appears to me that I have to blame Avanquest for this strange behaviour.
